All orders are packaged and handled with care in the studio, by me. When you purchase an original piece of artwork, your satisfaction is extremely important to me. Please, click here to reach out with any questions regarding your purchase.
Do you ship outside of USA?
Yes, I do. Currently there are limited number of countries listed in the dropdown menu at the check out. If you want to collect one of my artworks and do not see the country of your residence in the menu, please contact me here. I will arrange the shipping for you. International buyers are responsible for all the customs fee & charges.
When can I expect my artwork to arrive?
I need 7-10 working days to carefully package your artwork and ship it. If you are in USA you can expect your artwork to arrive in 6-10 additional business days via USPS Priority Mail. If you are outside of USA, your artwork will be delivered via USPS First Class Mail, it takes up to 3-4 weeks depending on your location.
Can I return the artwork that I purchased?
All sales on original art are final. I do my best to make my listings as clear and informative as possible. The colors vary from screen to screen and may vary from screen to in-person viewing, I encourage you to view the photos on multiple screens. If you need more photos, extra information or have any questions about the piece, contact me before the purchase here.
My artwork was lost/stolen/damaged during shipping. What can you do about that?
I always make it a priority to handle and package each order carefully and use quality packaging materials to keep artwork safe during transit. That being said, I am not liable for failed delivery, incorrect addresses, or mishandling by the shipping service. After purchasing artwork, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that the address given is correct. Any purchased artwork that is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will happily resend after the additional shipping cost is invoiced to you and paid. If the address is correct and you are concerned that the package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service directly using the tracking number sent in the shipping notice email. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance, that can be arranged. Please send me an email.
